Terms and Conditions of Sale

 

 

Reservation and Payment

 

A valid credit card is required to guarantee the reservation.

The full amount of the reservation is due at the time of booking.

Payment may be made by credit card or secure bank transfer. A written confirmation will be sent once the payment has been received.

 

 

Security Deposit / Hold

 

A credit card hold of €850 will be taken on the day of arrival as a security deposit.

This amount is not charged and is only used to cover potential damages or breaches of the house rules.

The hold is automatically released a few days after departure, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property.

 

 

Cancellation and Modification

 

• Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount will be refunded.

• Cancellations less than 14 days before arrival or no-show: No refund will be granted.

• No postponement option will be granted for cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival or in case of no-show.

 

 

Reservation Modification

 

Requests to change dates must be made at least 30 days before arrival. They are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

 

 

Check-in and Check-out

 

• Check-in: from 3:00 PM

• Check-out: before 11:00 AM

 

Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged subject to availability and additional charges.

 

 

Housekeeping and Meals

 

In-room housekeeping is available upon request at an extra charge of €35.

 

Breakfast & brunch can be delivered to the suite. Orders must be placed by 6:00 PM the day before. A menu from our partner will be sent to you in advance. Delivery fees apply.

 

 

Photo and Video Shoots

 

Professional photo or video shoots are not permitted in the suites without prior written authorization from âme casa.

All requests must be made in advance and are subject to specific fees.

Violations of this rule may result in compensatory fees or immediate termination of the reservation without refund.

 

 

Stay Policy

 

• Our suites are non-smoking.

• To ensure a peaceful experience, pets are not allowed.

• Any misuse of the facilities may result in additional charges.

 

 

Liability

 

âme casa declines any responsibility in the event of loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings.

 

 

Special Conditions

 

Any special request (personalized services, private events) must be confirmed in writing and may be subject to additional charges.
